Want to Return or Exchange something? No problem.
YOU MUST send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receipt.
In your email include your Order Number and state if you would like a refund or an exchange along with a reason and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return your item.
- We do not offer free returns.
- The cost of returns is the customers
- The cost of sending the exchange will be customers. (If FREE shipping was offered, it does not not apply to 'exchanges')
Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. All goods are inspected on return.
Please be careful when trying products on, for example, ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as this may leave marks on the product and we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.
Please fold items neatly in the correct bags before returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure its packed up properly and can’t get damaged in any way. We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service
If you were sent a faulty or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement or the correct item to you once we receive the faulty/incorrect item back and refund your return postage up to a maximum of £10 for UK orders/£25.00 for International orders.
All items must be returned to us before a refund or exchange is issued.
