Everything you need to know about getting your order — and what to do if something isn't right.

Orders are processed within 3 working days Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday are picked up the next working day. If it is a Express order and time sensitive contact first, otherwise it will be processed same timeline.

International Shipping

International delivery times are estimates and may vary with local customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Remote locations that have a surcharge from courier will be communicated and needs to be paid for before despatch - sadly not all address locations are treated equal.

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder — then get in touch and we'll sort it.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

The following cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items that show signs of wear or have been washed.

How to return

  1. Contact us first. Message us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility before you send anything back.
  2. Pack it up. Repack securely in the original packaging where possible and include your order number inside.
  3. Send it back. Ship to the address we provide using a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
  4. Refund issued. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in which case we'll cover it.

Want a different size or colour? We'll do our best. Exchanges are subject to stock — because most pieces are limited, we can't always guarantee your preferred option will still be available. If it isn't, we'll issue a refund instead.

How to exchange

  1. Get in touch. Message us via the Contact page with your order number, the item to return and what you'd like instead. We'll check stock before you send anything.
  2. Send your item back. Return it the same way as a standard return — it must reach us within 14 days of delivery.
  3. We send the replacement. Once we receive your return, we dispatch the new item and send you a shipping confirmation - EXCHANGE items do not qualify Free Shipping.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, no odour and in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are UK-only at this time.
