All orders are fulfilled within 2 working days. Once despatched: Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days. If you need it sooner, select UK Express at checkout for next working day delivery. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days depending on your location. ALL delivery speed is estimated and at the mercy of the delivery company.

Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Not all addresses are equal. Certain remote addresses may incur additional surcharge, this will be communicated before booking courier to check if you still want to proceed with the order.

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. If it's not showing up, check your spam folder first — then contact us and we'll look into it.

We process orders quickly, so get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do our best. But once an order has shipped, we're unable to make amendments. If a shipment has been booked with a courier and they allow cancellation we will pass you the cancellation fee to be paid.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. But you can keep any of the inserts you send to you, its still our gift to you.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done. The banking system has their own internal speed for returning funds, so money may not return instantly but within a short time period.

Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, considered fit. If you're between sizes we generally suggest sizing up, but check the size guide on each product for specific measurements.

This is big deal with Soot and Ty. We focus on small batch productions because we just love designing too much. So more you buy. more options can be released. Thus, the jackets are too special to be repeated - once they're gone, they're gone! Tops are all produced in small batches, and can repeat due to popular demand/requests. If something sells out, follow us on Instagram to stay across new drops. The Best Soot and Ty is the Next Soot and Ty! So, do not despair you will surely find another love again.

Always follow the care label on your garment. As a general life rule: wash at 30°C (cold wash for those who do not use celcius), inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid causing a sin by tumble drying — air dry flat to keep the shape and quality for a longer time.
