How long will it take me to get my order?

Firstly, Thank you for the Order, your life will be very fulfilling with joy and admiration wearing Soot and Ty. Your order will be despatched within 2 days. Depending of the Delivery Option chosen it is up to Allah/God, the delivery company, postal worker  (or all the above) to get it to you asap. Typically it will take standard speed mentioned on Delivery Option selection.

How do I return my order?

How could you reject this beautiful item? Heartbroken! However, we understand there are reasons to return an order. Please see the Returns & Exchange page for more information. The process is quite simple but if you need any help, get in touch.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refund is processed within 48hrs (whilst the my bank account tears dry up), and then the Benjamins a.k.a dosh a.k.a money will go through the banking process whilst the institutions earn few more % interest before it reaching your account, in approximately within 3-5 working days. Even ‘computers apparently need 2 days off’!

How do I cancel or change my order?

You sure you want to cancel? Sure, simply send smoke signals to get our attention that you want help. Otherwise, try sending an email to zak@sootandty.com No reason needed to cancel, but tell me why so I can maybe fix your reasons.

How do I check the status of my order?

Items should be marked accordingly on the order, however, if there are any queries it is best to get in touch.

Does Soot and Ty have a store I can visit?

Glad you asked, because there is a brick and mortar store in London, Google map Soot and Ty to get direction. If you are visiting the store bring a coffee or some snacks. I wouldn’t go to your house empty handed. Joking about bringing me coffee or snacks, warm smile is enough.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Every brand/store have their own sizing, please email me directly, otherwise there is a Size Chart here.

Fabric Care Tips

All items will have a discreet wash label. However, get in touch with a picture of the item in question and we can better advise. If ever in doubt  with Soot and Ty - Dry Clean it!

Do you ship Worldwide?

Pay for the flight and item will be personally delivered. Otherwise, we do ship worldwide even to nations that are not recognised by some as ‘countries’. If the delivery man goes there, it can be delivered - EXCEPT South Africa! Feel bad for you guys out there.

Where are the clothes manufactured?

Since you are asking, the production is processed in China. Because life is easier to manage when ALL the supply chains are in one location. Let Soot and Ty be the size of large Fashion Houses and then it can be all created in China, shipped to Europe, final finishes are done in a local factory and say Made in the UK and charge x3 the price.

 

Item is out of stock, will you get more?

All items were produced in 50 pieces only, or now all items are produced as 30 pieces. So, it’s the old cliche ‘Once it's gone, it really is Gone!’. Follow the brand on the socials to keep up to date for the next release and you may fall in love with something better next time. Or message me as there might be one hiding behind the sofa and could double check inventory for you. We are nice like that at Soot and Ty.
