We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery costs/dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. All orders are dispatched within UK as 1st Class Recorded Delivery and All International orders are dispatched using Trackable service. If you have a need for any orders urgently contact us before making the purchase and we can advise the Shipping Fee for the service.


* Please note that deliver to the following locations may take a little longer - Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Inverness & Aberdeen, We make every effort to ensure that your products are delivered within the timescales we've set out above - sadly we can't guarantee that they won't be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.

**For any large international orders, an additional shipping cost will be quoted.


In the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied, you can return the items to us within 14 days of receiving goods from us for a refund.  We ask that items are returned in its original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached.

We will notify you by email once we've received and processed the returned item(s).

All items will be inspected upon return.

Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for us to process a refund.  Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase – we are unable to refund to another card.

If you are outside of our 14 day returns policy, it is with regret that we cannot refund, but will offer an exchange or store credit as long as you contact us within 21 days of the date of dispatch.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the receipt of your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 working days by following the Returns procedure online, and you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them prior to return. You must return the item(s) to us in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached  within 7 working days after informing us of your wish to cancel.

Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.  Unfortunately we can not be taken responsible for any items which are lost during transit and we advise you to return all items through a tracked service.
